I have a great Ketogenic Vegan Bread recipe for you! Vegan, low carb, gluten-free but very tasty. The only recipe that is absolutely indispensable for me when I want to have a long breakfast.

I’ve never given you the recipe because the ingredients are a little flaky, but I thought the time has come. In the meantime, I managed to achieve the perfect recipe by making small changes 🙂

With the last change, it was much fluffier than the one in this picture. Picture from my first attempts! 🙂

Ketogenic Vegan Bread Ingriedients

  • 4.5 tablespoons flax seeds
  • ¾ glass of water
  • 50 grams of almond flour
  • 60 grams of coconut flour
  • 35 grams of hemp flour
  • 30 grams of psyllium husk powder
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • ¾ glass additional water

Ketogenic Vegan Bread Recipe

Before grinding the flax seeds and mix them with a glass of water and let stand for 10 minutes. In the meantime, we mix the flours, salt, and psyllium husk powder in a separate bowl and add to the flaxseed water. Add the additional water and form a hard dough.

At this stage, you can add pumpkin or sunflower seeds if you want. Activate baking soda with vinegar and add to the dough. Make small balls and put them on the tray. I make around 9 small pieces of bread from this dough. If you want to decorate, sprinkle some sesame seeds.

Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven at 160 degrees.

It’s more delicious if you wait for it to cool completely before serving.

If you make a big bread, it usually stays wet inside. You can try to reduce the temperature and extend the time, but I did not achieve satisfactory results.
